Foundations of Civil and Environmental Engineering (FCEE) is a national scientific journal published by Poznan University of Technology. The papers are printed in English. The scope of subject matter involves the following areas: theory of structural engineering, building processes, theory of organisation and management in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering and environmental engineering. The FCEE journal is published periodically, in two semi-annual editions. Beginning from the issue 13/2009, after the positive reviews, the articles are available in a full version ON-LINE, before the printed version appears. The ON-LINE articles have the pagination as well as issue number just as in the printed version. The journal is registered in the international database ICONDA.
